How The Delivery Process Works
In the unlikely event the item you have ordered is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you within 24 hours (Mon – Fri) and let your know of shipping arrangements. Should a refund be required, it will be processed for the total amount within 10 business days. Your purchase will be delivered via registered Post/ Registered Courier and therefore we recommend your work or other suitable daytime address to ensure someone is available to accept your parcel. If no one is available to accept delivery, a card will be left for you and the parcel will be taken to your nearest Post Office where you can collect it. We are happy to deliver to P.O. Boxes Australia and New Zealand. Standard delivery time is between 7 working days for orders within Australia and 7-14 working days for orders within New Zealand and Asia.

Sorry we cannot accept C.O.D payments.

Your Delivery Times
The location of your delivery determines the estimated delivery time frame. In Australia, you should receive your delivery in 7 working days. New Zealand orders should be received in approximately 7 – 14 working days.
Once your order is dispatched you will be notified by email.
If you are trying to estimate when your package will arrive please consider the following:
• Orders placed after 11am will be downloaded into the system for the following day and not processed that day.
• If an item you have ordered is out of stock online, we will attempt to locate your item at another store, get it out to you as soon as the item becomes available. No additional postage charges apply. We will notify you if the item has sold out across all stores.

If you have not received your order within the days specified please contact us at info@yourcomfortshoes.com and in subject line put SHOES NOT RECEIVED and your purchase order number.

Your Shipping Styles
Your Comfort Shoes delivers to Australia and New Zealand and Asia. No PO Boxes in Asia.
All charges are in $AUD.
Standard deliveries within Australia
You will receive your order in 7 working days. If there is any changes we will let you know.
Shipping and handling of orders over $257 are FREE. Deliveries under $257 are subject to a $15 fee.
Once you receive your shoes you get 2 FREE size and style changes.

Standard Postal deliveries within New Zealand
You will receive your order in approximately 7 – 14 working days.
Shipping and handling of all orders to New Zealand is AUD$15. This includes 2 FREE Size Exchanges.
Items on back order may take longer than 7 – 14 working days. These will be sent separately with no additional postage charges applied. For your protection all parcels will be sent via Australia Post registered mail. On occasion, some shipments may take up to 3 weeks to arrive, depending on the amount of time it may take for your purchase to clear customs. Backorder items may take longer than 7-14 days to deliver; these will be sent separately with no additional postage charges applied. We will be in contact with you to let you know of where your order is.

I want my deliveries quickly and now!
Express post shipping is available and is at cost of $25 for 2 day delivery within Australia subject to stock being available.

Your Returns Policy
Here is your exchanges and refunds policy. Our aim is to provide you with great service. If, for any reason, your purchase does not entirely meet your satisfaction, you may return the item for a Size Exchange. We do not refund if you change your mind.

Exchange For Incorrect Size
Your Comfort Shoes gives you 2 size changes. Please return the unworn or unused items in the original condition and packaging as received within 27 days from the date of dispatch along with a completed copy of our Size Exchange Form. Please note that exchange cannot occur if the product is not in original condition and in the original packaging. That is. If there is obvious signs of the shoe having been worn with scuff marks, scratches and dents and the packaging is not he same then we cannot exchange the product for you. Any further size or style changes after your first 2 FREE changes will incur a $15 handling fee.

Refunds
We do not refund if you change your mind. We are happy to issue with a store credit. You can get a change in size or style if the products didn't fit your foot well. Refunds will be issued for defective products that are delivered to you. You have 30 days from the time of purchase to return defective products. Please return the unworn or unused items in the original condition and packaging as received within 27 days from the date of dispatch along with a completed copy of our Returns Form. All returns must to be sent directly to the address supplied on the Return Form for processing and in original condition and packaging.

Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment at the time of purchase (Credit Card or PayPal account) within 10 working days of receiving the good/s at our Returns Department. We will email you to let you know when we have processed your refunds.

Need An Exchange For An Incorrect Size We Are Happy to Help!
We will gladly exchange any UNWORN merchandise within 27 days from the date of purchase. Any exchange is subject to size and style availability. We are happy to exchange in case you change your mind or in case of incorrect size or fit. Your Comfort Shoes encourages you to trial your new footwear inside the house with clean floors for the first 10 days. (wearing in your comfort shoes) This is to assess fit and comfort. During this trial period it is important to make sure that new shoes are worn on clean carpet and clean floors and not worn on hard scuffed surfaces or outside. We also ask that you wear a stocking or sock during this trial period. Taking care with your new shoes during this trial period is essential as we will only exchange shoes that are returned in a new condition.

You Get 2 FREE Size/Style Exchanges – No Additional Handling Fees With Your Return
Your Get 2 FREE size or style exchange. Please note most other companies will charge you a handling and shipping fee. If for any reason we cannot supply you with your chosen size, colour or style then our returns policy will apply. For any return we ask that you email us at returns@yourcomfortshoes.com for a Returns Authorisation Number and Reply Mail Slip. Please return UNWORN footwear in its original packaging with a copy of your completed Return Form. Shoes that are returned without packaging will not be refunded. For multiple returns a $15 handling fee will be charged to your credit card/ paypal account.

Shoes returned without packaging and not in original condition will not be refunded. The shoes must return in the box with and shoes in original condition. You will receive an email when your exchange has been processed. Please allow up to 7 working days for your exchange to be received, processed and dispatched. There are no exchanges or refunds available for merchandise returned after the 30-day period. Exchanged merchandise will only be dispatched upon your returned merchandise being received.

A Change of Mind
We dont refund if you just change your mind. We will exchange or issue you with a store credit. We will gladly accept your return of UNWORN merchandise within 30 days from date of purchase. Please note that Your Comfort Shoes encourages you to trial your new footwear 1o days inside your house to assess fit and comfort. During this trial period it is important to make sure that new shoes are worn on carpet only and not worn on hard surfaces or outside. We also ask that you wear a stocking or sock during this trial period. Taking care with your new shoes during this trial period is essential as we will only accept shoes, for refund, that are returned in a new condition. If this is not received please concerns. returns@yourcomfortshoes.com for further assistance. We ask that you email us at returns@yourcomfortshoes.com for a Returns Authorisation and Reply Mail Form. You will receive an email when your return has been processed. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be received and the refund to be processed. A credit should appear on your credit card statement/ paypal account within the next billing cycle. There are no refunds available for merchandise returned after the 27-day period.

Defective or Damaged Product
All of our products are generally by a 30 day limited manufacturer’s warranty. The manufacturer’s warranty is that all their products are free from any manufacturing or material defects. This is not a guarantee against wear and tear. Please note that products that are deemed to have excessive wear and tear or material breakdown due to excessive use or improper care will not be considered for warranty. To make a claim, please email us at returns@yourcomfortshoes.com with the following information:
“Defective Shoe Name” in subject line
- Name, phone number, address and email
- Brand name, style number (usually a number located on the inside of the tongue of either shoe), colour and size
- Date item was purchased
- Description of the fault (please be as specific as possible)
- Attach a photo of your shoes allowing us to get a better picture of what has happened to your shoes.

Once we have received your claim, we will contact you via email with a Return Authorisation Number and Reply Mail Form and instructions on how to send us your product (usually via Reply Paid mail). On receiving your shoes we will proceed with the appropriate action and will keep you updated as necessary. Please allow up to 8 weeks to for us to process your claim.
